We are committed to raising great-tasting beef raised responsibly with transparency. Stephen and Alex utilize their knowledge and network of industry experts to implement the best practices and feeding program possible on their operation. We believe that customers deserve to know exactly where their beef comes from and how it was raised.

what we offer

Our beef is raised on pasture and finished on a premium finisher ration from Livestock Nutrition Center.  We offer beef in bulk (quarters, halves, and whole beef) and retail beef cuts available exclusively in our on-ranch mercantile and our online storefront.
